“Slow Coffee” workshop / Learning gentle methods
Discover coffees from the same country but from different terroirs by preparing it using different methods: V60 or Aeropress .
During this workshop, Adrien will present coffee in all its facets (country, terroir, variety, as well as the producers and their particularities) and will prepare different recipes.
Then, you will make these coffees yourself which you will taste to compare the tastes obtained.

The workshops take place at the Coffeeshop , 34 rue d'Antrain in Rennes.
No need for prerequisites, this training is open to everyone.
6 people maximum per workshop.
