The quality
All our coffees have obtained an SCA* rating above 84 .
*This rating is defined according to criteria (aromas, acidity, body, aftertaste, balance, etc.) established by the Specialty Coffee Association. A coffee is considered specialty when it exceeds a score of 80.
The origin
Renaud, our roaster, takes the greatest care in selecting the coffees we offer. Among the main criteria: ensuring a minimum purchase price for the producer, the working conditions of the producer, the way of working , etc.

The quality and origin of the coffees are very important, but the taste remains essential . We have selected a range with a varied aromatic profile allowing you to choose the coffee that suits you.

SANTA RITA (Guatemala)
This pure origin coffee will comfort you with its very sweet side and its notes of chocolate and orange. To be consumed both with espresso and with a filter coffee maker.
TARAMESA (Ethiopia)
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. Taramesa is characterized by its roundness and very developed aromas with notes of red fruits . Whether you drink it as a filter or as an espresso, you will not be disappointed.
